Information we collect automatically

• Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions with our site.

07Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. In general:

• Enquiry and scorecard details: retained for [retention period, e.g. 24 months] from your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
